67 Meme, also known as 6-7 Meme, Six Seven Meme, or 6-7 Song, refers to a series of memes based on a lyric from the song "Doot Doot" by Skrilla featuring G Herbo, a hip-hop song released in December 2024, which became popular on TikTok and Instagram Reels in January 2025. That month, the song and its lyric "6-7" notably became the subject of basketball edits by NBA player LaMelo Ball, who is 6'7" (7'1"). Editors found clips of people saying "six, seven" and then used those clips as introductions to Ball's highlights. Skrilla's lyric "6-7" was used to create the bait-and-switch effect.

TikToker and Overtime Elite basketball player Taylen Kinney (TK) then began humorously inserting the numbers into his conversations in interviews and live stream clips, accompanied by a A hand gesture or dance move, involving raising and lowering both hands in a seesaw motion with palms facing upwards, along with the phrase "Six, seven." The urge to say 6-7 in front of cameras and among friends, and to perform the 67 hand gesture, gained prominence among Gen Z and Gen Alpha boys hoping to create editable intros, ultimately leading to the 67 Kid video and the Mason 67 stereotype.

Going into late 2025, several variants of the 67 Meme had emerged online, including other forced number memes like "41," "93," and "61." Other trends like the 67 Handshake and the 6/7 Weekend further increased the meme's popularity.
