Definitions:
Open Numbershow - A Numbershow that allows everyone to be in the cast and make OCs
Closed Numbershow - A Numbershow that only allows specific people or owners approval to be in the cast and make OCs

Limeblocks is considered an Open Numbershow. Other popular numbershows like NumberFanagram and NumberStudnets are both considered Closed Numberblocks, as you need to contact the owner to be added.
